Developing a healthy heart

What type of heart do you have?? The Bible describes different kinds of hearts. It is important to work on your heart so that you develop a healthy heart. Without the right kind of heart you cannot accomplish much for the Lord. Because the heart is at the centre of your ministry, it will determine the outcome of everything you do....
I fully believe in the word when it says,...guard your heart with all diligence for out of it are the issues of life... Prov 4v23

Your heart is the spiritual centre of your being and is your spirit or inner man. 2 Cor 5:16 says "...henceforth know we no man after the flesh...

This means we should know a man by or after his/her spirit. The bible however says in Mat 7:16 that "Ye shall know them by their fruit..."

Your fruits therefore show what sort of heart and spirit you have. Look at your fruits in honesty, it tells who you truly are.

Yes Pastor, the heart is the spiritual centre of our being. And just to add to what you said, that is why Proverbs 4:23 advices us to guard our hearts with all diligence. Because out of it are all the issues of life.
