I want your opinion on this matter

Born again or perfect character

Sisters I think i want Your opinion on this. Lets say you are presented with two men to choose a husband from.

The first man is a born again Christian who knows the bible inside out and spends most of his time in church, attending all meetings and camps and serving in the church BUT character wise he lies, he treats people bad, he gossips and even have the tendency to hit a woman, does not respect people and not even generous.

The second man has the perfect character, he is generous, sweet, will treat you like a princess, will love and respect you, I mean will do all your dream prince charming will do and be BUT he is not born again and maybe does not believe in going to church.

Who will you go for. It's not difficult but it's tempting. What's your honest opinion, people.

This is a proper dilemma my sister. There is something majorly wrong with both these brothers.
The first one wow! This is the man you should run away from. A man cannot be spiritual and have the character of a man in the world. When we are born again , he becomes a new creation, so the bad character traits should fall away. I believe that if as Christians we give our lives to Christ and choose not to change our worldly ways we are choosing to serve two masters and the scriptures state clearly in Matthew 6:24 No one can serve two, masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other,or he will be devoted to one and despise the other.
This brother therefore my sister is not an option. He will make you do the things that he is doing in a subtle wayand he will kill your spirituality.

The other brother, if something is too good to be true it's too good to be true. Christians should marry spiritual brothers, the bible also states that we cannot be unequally yoked. YOU CANNOT CONVERTAND TAKE MY SISTER!

This is not a dilemma at all. The bible is explicit and emphatic that light has nothing to do with darkness!!!

2 Corinthians 6:14
Be you not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship has righteousness with unrighteousness? and what partnership has light with darkness?

Where is the struggle? It is in our lust. The bible says:
James 1:13
When tempted, no one should say, "God is tempting me." For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone;

What you should do is to:
Matthew 26:41
“Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.”

Anybody struggling with this sort of issue is not very spiritual and is probably carnal at heart.

If the food does not look nice, but the poison looks good, woud you choose the poison if you had to make a choice between the two by all means?
