God's love

Lord you've searched me and you know my ways. Even when I fail you, I know you love me.

At the cross I bow my knees
Where your blood was shed for me.....

God's love is bottomless and matchless. His grace and mercy boundless. God is long-suffering and extremely patient. He is slow to anger and prefers redemption to strife.

I encourage us all to emulate our Father who has created us in his image and likeness, and is proud to show us off and boast of us. He boasted of Job and said he is upright. He boasted of Abraham and said he is righteous. But the Lord made no such boast of Saul and said I reject him.

'Our knees at the Cross' signify among others humility, repentance and a close relationship with God.

My brethren, lets be diligent in our relationship with God and seek to please him in all. Lets not take advantage our Father's nature to live selfishly or carelessly to our hurt. When I become self indulgent and careless, my mind strays to ROMANS 6:1-2

1 What shall we say then Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound 2 God forbid __ How shall we that are dead to sin live any longer therein
