Friendship evangelism

Kindness, generosity, open hearts letting our lights shine are a means of reaching out to people and leading them to Christ. If we live our life for Christ and let our light shine it can have a tremendous influence on people and draw them to Christ. Friendliness and our interaction with others are very important in evangelism.

Matthew 5:14-16
You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do men light a lamp and put it under a peck measure, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all in the house. Let your light so shine before men that they may see your moral excellence and your praiseworthy, noble, and good deeds and recognize and honor and praise and glorify your Father who is in heaven. (Matthew 5:14-16 AMP)

Wouldn't it be powerful if we challenged ourselves to use friendship evangelism to bring someone to church on Sunday. Reach out to someone you don't know, who isn't your friend show them kindness, generosity and be yourself.
Pray for boldness. If you are reaching out to someone who knows you ,don't worry about the inconsistencies they may have seen in your life, you are not presenting yourself you're presenting Jesus.
